Thanks to them, and the neighbourhood’s position which is secluded but well connected to other important parts of the city, Dedinje is known as the most elite neighbourhood in Belgrade.

Belgrade in general is a great place to raise your kids and live a laid back, healthy, and hedonistic lifestyle.
Serbian people are renowned for their sincere and friendly character, which is why you can expect to make a lot of lifelong friends in Serbia. Socialisation is our expertise, and this becomes evident when you take a look at any restaurant or caffe and see people enjoying themselves.
And if there’s one thing that will leave you speechless in Serbia, it’s definitely the food. It doesn’t matter if you eat on the street or in the finest restaurants, the food is flavourful and feeds the soul. If you love to cook you are in for a treat. Most of the produce is organic, brought to Belgrade from the numerous farms in Serbia, and can easily be found in all supermarkets and green markets. Going to the green (farmers) market on Saturday and Sunday is a ritual many enjoy because of the vibrant atmosphere and fresh produce.
If besides healthy eating you enjoy an active lifestyle, you don’t even need to go to the gym (although there are plenty). Dedinje’s green streets and parks will make every jog or stroll a joy. Dedinje even has it’s own Hyde Park, which is a great and large space where you can enjoy the view, the shade of trees and the fresh air.
